Terms of Use

Navinode is a platform designed to help businesses source company merchandise by organising merchandise briefs, product recommendations, pricing information and supplier responses.

Navinode is currently in beta and parts of the service are being tested before live supplier fulfilment is fully available.

During beta, certain recommendations, products, prices, supplier responses or other information displayed through Navinode may be examples created for testing purposes.

Unless Navinode explicitly tells you otherwise:

• beta recommendations are not live supplier quotes;
• no merchandise supplier has necessarily received your brief;
• no order has been placed;
• no payment is required; and
• merchandise has not entered production.

Using the beta does not create an obligation to purchase merchandise.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using Navinode and for maintaining appropriate control over access to your account or email authentication.

You must not knowingly provide false information, impersonate another person or organisation, or use Navinode for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of briefs, logos, artwork, brand assets and other materials you provide to Navinode.

You give Navinode permission to host, process, display and use those materials to provide the service you request, operate the platform and improve the Navinode experience.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide materials you upload.

Navinode is designed to help organise sourcing information and make merchandise options easier to evaluate.

Recommendations, pricing, delivery estimates and other information may depend on information supplied by buyers, suppliers or other sources.

You should review relevant specifications, pricing, artwork, delivery requirements and other commercial details before committing to an order.

As live supplier functionality becomes available, Navinode may connect buyers with independent merchandise suppliers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, suppliers are independent businesses and are responsible for the products and fulfilment services they provide.

The specific commercial terms applicable to live orders may be presented separately during the ordering process.

You must not:

• misuse or interfere with Navinode;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
• upload malicious software or harmful content;
• scrape or systematically extract platform data without permission;
• use Navinode for unlawful or fraudulent activity; or
• intentionally provide false sourcing opportunities or misleading information.

Navinode is an evolving service.

We may modify, test, add, remove or temporarily suspend functionality, particularly during beta.

We do not guarantee that Navinode will always be available or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Navinode is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on beta information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

We may restrict or terminate access to Navinode where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in a way that threatens the platform or other users.

You may stop using Navinode at any time and may request deletion of your account.

Navinode's software, interface, branding, design and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Navinode and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms as Navinode develops.

Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate means. The latest Terms will be available on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
